We are a professional manufacturer of custom-made gowns. All dresses are produced to order based on customer requirements. As such, we do not accept returns or cancellations unless there is a confirmed quality issue on our side.

📦 Our Process & Guarantee

All dresses are handmade and made-to-order. Once your order is completed, we will send you photos and videos of the finished gown for final confirmation before shipping.

We guarantee that the product will match the confirmed images. Once you approve the photos and we ship the order, the sale is considered final.

❌ No Returns for Non-Defective Items

As a wholesale and custom production factory, we do not accept returns for reasons such as size changes, color preferences, or personal preference after production begins or after the item is confirmed and shipped.

Please ensure measurements, colors, and styles are clearly confirmed before we begin production.

✅ Acceptable Return Conditions

We accept returns or offer fixes only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong size delivered (not matching confirmed measurements)
  • Wrong color or design (not matching confirmed order)
  • Dress damaged during production (not by shipping)

In such cases, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the dress and provide photos showing the issue. If confirmed, we will guide you through the resolution process (correction or return).

⚠️ Important Notes

  • No refunds for custom colors, custom measurements, or plus sizes (US 16W and above)
  • Flower girl dresses, accessories, and sample orders are final sale
  • We do not support "try and return" behavior — please do not order multiple sizes to try on
  • If a package is refused at delivery, the customer will bear all related shipping and restocking fees

📩 Return Procedure (if approved)

  1. Contact us within 2 days after receiving your order
  2. Send photos/videos showing the issue clearly
  3. Return the item in original, unworn condition
  4. Ship it with tracking number and inform us
  5. You will cover return shipping unless otherwise agreed
