3. How long does production take?

Production time usually takes 6–8 weeks depending on the design complexity and order volume. Please place orders early, especially for events.


4. Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. If you need a dress urgently, please contact us with the style number and your event date. We will confirm availability and possible shipping timelines.


5. What shipping methods do you use?

6. Can I return or cancel my order?
