For couture ball gowns. We have a few size 2-8 in stock, if you need rush delivery, please email us the style number and event date, we will check the inventory.
For heavily beaded items or highly embellished designs, the season, holidays, as well as major changes to one of our designs can sometimes potentially add to these estimated production times. So we would suggest you order at least One months before your event.

REFUND & OTHER POLICY
All dresses displayed on mannequins are original designs. 100% real work and real photos. No refunds or exchange for all original designs. 100% money back guarantee if item does not match to description and photos. You would receive the dress that exactly matches to photos and worth the cost.

1. Order Cancellation
All cancelations must be requested within 24 hours after payment.
Rush orders can not be canceled once payment is received and confirmed.
If you need to cancel your order, please CONTACT US within 24 hours after payment.
No refund or cancelation once the processing has begun.
2. Return Policy
You will be eligible for a full refund for all issues caused by us: wrong size, wrong color, wrong style, any damage, etc.
All dresses are handmade, there might be some small problems which can’t be totally avoided, we will carefully check each order before ship it out.
For standard size dress in picture color, we accept return or exchange. You need to pay the shipping fee. 20% of restocking fee will be charged and shipping fee can not be refunded.
Plus size from US16W-US26W are plus size. Plus sizes are not eligible for refund.
Style above $300 are not eligible for refund for any size issue because they are all made to order.
All flower girl dresses are not eligible for refund or exchange.Please make sure to order the correct size.
We will also reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong color or wrong size ordered, wrong address provided, worn dresses or any damages caused by recipients.
No refunds or exchanges for custom orders, custom colors, custom sizes and plus sizes from US16W-26W. If there is error on our side, we will correct the issue. If you are not satisfied with your order we will allow you to send it back to us for revision. (please allow ample time for production)
Processing & restocking fees may be applied.
All accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
All dresses are made after the payment. So please understand we do not accept the return for try-on order. If you just need one dress, please do not order two and return any of them.
Do not refuse package when it is out for delivery. Please note when a package is refused, the receiver will be responsible for all fees occurred. If you need to return your order. Please follow guide below.

1. CONTACT US within 2 days after you receive your order.
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies to the size, or incorrect style and color, etc.
3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise return would not be acceptable.
4. Please fold the dress inside out. Provide us the tracking number after you ship it.
5. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
