About Our Factory
Who are you, and where are you located?
We are Ostty, a dress manufacturer in China specializing in quinceañera dresses, wedding dresses, and evening gowns. Our factory is located in Lu’an, Anhui.
We work with boutiques and wholesale partners internationally.
Do you sell directly to individual customers?
We offer wholesale only. Our dresses are intended for boutiques, retailers, and other business partners.
Can I start with a sample order?
Yes. You can start with 2-3 sample dresses to check our quality, craftsmanship, and fit before placing a larger order.
If you need something sooner, please ask about our available in-stock dresses.
Prices and Payment
How can I get your wholesale prices?
Please send us pictures or style numbers of the dresses you are interested in. We will provide a quote based on the style, size, and requested details.
What is included in the price?
Unless otherwise stated, our dress prices include international shipping.
Import duties, taxes, petticoats, and payment processing fees are not included. Please confirm the complete quote with us before making payment.
Is there an additional charge for plus sizes?
Yes. Our standard additional charges are:
US sizes 14–20: US$45 per dress
US sizes 22 and above: US$80 per dress
Please confirm the size and final price with us when ordering.
How much deposit is required?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and begin production. The remaining balance must be paid before shipping.
The deposit allows us to purchase materials and arrange production. Sending order details alone does not reserve a production slot.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal.
Bank transfer: approximately US$25 per transfer.
Credit card: 3.5% processing fee.
PayPal: 5% processing fee.
Payment fees are paid by the buyer. We will confirm the total amount before payment.
Ordering and Production
How do I place an order?
Contact us with the following information:
- Dress picture or style number
- Color
- Size or measurements
- Quantity
- Event date and required delivery date
- Any special requests
- Shipping address and contact information
We will review the details and confirm the price and estimated schedule before you pay the deposit.
How long does production take?
Standard production usually takes 8-12 weeks after we receive your deposit and confirm all order details.
Shipping time is additional. Please order at least two months in advance and allow extra time before your customer’s event.
Do you accept rush orders?
We currently do not accept rush production orders.
If your deadline is close, please contact us to check available in-stock dresses.
Can you make a dress from a reference picture?
Yes, we can review reference pictures for custom production. Please send clear front, back, and detail images so we can confirm what is possible and provide a quote.
Custom work is handmade, so an exact duplicate cannot be guaranteed. We will confirm the design details with you before production.
Can I change the design?
We currently accept small changes, such as adjustments to bows, sleeve length, or train length, subject to confirmation.
Major design changes are currently unavailable. All requests must be discussed and confirmed before production begins.
Can I choose a different color?
Please ask us about the available colors for your selected style.
Some fabrics, lace, beads, and decorations have color limitations. Colors may also appear slightly different on screens and under different lighting.
Can you make dresses to my customer’s measurements?
Yes. Please provide accurate measurements and confirm the required measurement list with us.
We use the measurements you approve for production, so please check them carefully before submitting your order. If anything looks unusual, we may ask you to measure again.
Can I change my order after production starts?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes after production begins may not be possible and may involve additional costs or production time.
Before Shipping
Will I see the finished dress before it ships?
Yes. We will send photos and videos of the completed dress for your review before shipping.
Once the dress is approved and the remaining balance is paid, we will arrange packing and shipment.
Is a petticoat included?
No. Petticoats are sold separately.
Please tell us if you need one so we can confirm the recommended option, price, and shipping arrangements.
Shipping and Customs
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the destination, shipping method, flight availability, and customs clearance.
We will provide an estimate when arranging your shipment. Carrier delays can occur, so please allow a buffer before the event date.
Are customs duties and import taxes included?
Our dress prices do not include customs duties or import taxes.
For our long-term wholesale partners, shipments of 3 or more dresses can be sent through our UPS duty-paid shipping service, so you will not need to pay customs duties separately.
For shipments of fewer than 3 dresses, customs duties and import taxes must be paid by the buyer.
Please confirm the shipping arrangement with us before shipment.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. We will send you the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
What should I do when my package arrives?
Please check the package and dresses promptly. If you find damage, an incorrect item, or another issue, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and videos, including the packaging and labels.
Working With Us
How can I check your quality before placing a larger order?
We can share videos of our factory, production process, and completed dresses.
We recommend starting with sample dresses or available stock so you can inspect the materials, structure, and craftsmanship in person.
Do you offer exclusivity?
Exclusivity may be available depending on your location, the selected styles, and your order volume.
